Upon a User's (hereby known as 'Member') completion of registration on this site (hereby known as 'Noated'), the Member agrees to be bound by all the Rules and Regulations of Noated. Noated claims no responsibility for the content that its Members post, although Noated and its Moderators (defined under subsection (a) of the Official Rules and Regulations) constantly monitor and moderate said content to the specific adherance and sound application of its Rules and Regulations. In the instance of a legal issue, Noated claims no liability for its Members' content for which a legal claim exists against Noated. It is the Member's responsibility to pursue and act upon the legal process.
Basically, in plain English:
If there is a legal issue, Noated is not responsible for what any user has posted. We try our absolute best to monitor and moderate the boards, so it's the user's fault for not reading the fine print!
