Woah... I had no idea this place was still around. I stopped trading years ago but I might be up for something.

Please do, i think i've traded with you 2 times in the past. Others move on and only a select few stay loyal to dvd-r trading.

That's because everywhere in the world has high speed internet now and no one wants to trade when they can just download.

Sure everybody are using fiber optics and what i'm looking for is so easy to find. :) Besides if there are only a few "bad" seeds it really doesn't matter how fast your connection is, you'll still have to wait.

So don't use crappy torrent sites to download from and you wont get crappy seeds. You just gotta know where to look.

I'm only looking for dvd5 and dvd9 and even those can take a while to download on private trackers. Really not interested in avi/divx/xivd ect... Besides who doesn't like to receive a parcel full of anime dvd-r?

I'm still here. I have about 1600 anime dvds but will only trade in U.S. Are there any other places that still do dvdr anime trading? :(

Also known as R1 full retail rips including all extras, audiotracks, trailers, ect... obviously some delete those to maintain a higher quality during the encoding process.

To be honest many of the full dvd9 to dvd5 R1 conversions traded at noated in the past need to be re-encoded because they look awful.

My old PC takes about 7 hours of encoding to do the job for one dvd9 to dvd5, still not perfect but the best full copy quality you can get.

Holy crap! Hahaha, get over yourself. Just watch the crap and enjoy it.

Crap? This site is dead? Do you ever think before you say something?

Flooder

When I said "crap", I meant your stupid anime shows that you watch. So go have sexual relations with your mother and report back to me how she is. Specifically I want to know if she gets her hips in to it, I've heard conflicting information about her.

I wouldn't call shows like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Berserk, Shigurui: Death Frenzy, ect.. stupid shows especially if one has an interest in the Japanese language too. Do i make you nervous?

Do you make me nervous? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH. What the hell is that even supposed to mean? And how would that thought even come into your head. You're positively asinine. And yes, I would call all of those shows stupid, even though I have an interest in the Japanese language.

Do I make you nervous?

Then you also must be familiar with proper Japanese conduct and start acting like it. Empty barrels make the most noise and all this "tough" talking ain't really you, deep inside your heart cries. PM me what really is bothering you in life.

So wait, me, over here in America, I have to mimic Japanese society and rhetoric? Why? I don't give Fudge about the Japanese or their customs and I especially don't give Fudge about yuo an your diluted little anime fantasy life that you have going for yourself right now.

Nothing wrong with being courteous no matter where you're from. Feel a bit sad you're so angry and turned this into an ego pissing contest. It's a waste of time.

I'm glad you're happy. :) Anyways everybody new and old let's start trading dvd-r. Only this time use DVD Rebuilder and ProCoder 2. Old traders never die they just fade away.

I also thought this place was dead. I stopped trading too. Since torrents are so popular people stopped trading, also high internet connections became the rule.

Even though it's nice to see some people around here.

The lack of response to your question and the OP's should be enough to give you your answer.

There's really no point in trading anymore when (like was mentioned before) most people have high-speed connections and larger hd's for storage. Not to mention torrents.. If you know the right place to look you can find a lot of hard to find stuff anyway..

Soo... Downloading > Trading. End of that story.

Now if it has to be spelled out for you any further, then you're a certifiable idiot and or a gaia-stogie.

Can't see why you can't download and trade at the same time to build up a nice collection. Much faster if you're into R1 dvd-r. Isn't it great to share with other people offline as well?

Government clampdowns on "illegal" downloading are a cause of concern too. My country forced the Pirate Bay to change server. :( And some torrent sites don't even allow ip numbers from the US anymore.

Besides Anime is a bit niche, regular dvd-r trading is still going strong.
